NRA Basic Pistol Class

This is the NRA Basic Pistol Class. There is both an online portion and a instructor led portion to this class. The online portion must be completed prior to the day of the instructor led portion of the class. The online portion is self paced and you can work your way through those materials any time you want, including starting and then walking away from it and come back and log in and pick up where you left off. Handgun I

This course is one step beyond a CPL course. In this course the student will be introduced to handgun science and accuracy, tactical shooting positions, pistol manipulation under stress, shooting in a 360 degree environment, and shooting while moving. Handgun II 

This course is the follow up to the DHI (Defensive Handgun I) course. In this course the student will continue to grow skills they learned in DHI with a heavier focus moving off line of attack, barricades, how to move-shoot-fight from inside and around vehicles, and beginning tactics. Reality EDC (Every Day Carry)

This class is based around what you carry on a daily basis (Every Day Carry). For example, you are allowed to bring as many pistol magazines to class as you want, but you will only be allowed to step up to the line with what you carry everyday… In this course the student will continue to grow skills they learned in DHI with a heavier focus how to draw from concealment in different positions, drawing from concealment and moving, how where and why to conceal carry spare magazines and more, ending the day with some force on force threat engagement around a vehicle. The Defensive Handgun I is a prerequisite to this class so all class participants have a base knowledge of safety, moving and shooting, and a solid pistol manipulations foundation. Trauma Medical / Pistol Class

This class will be an introduction to IFAK equipment and its use. It will be a 9 hour class spent entirely on the range. The first half of the day will be spent on medical training and how to use equipment commonly found in most IFAK kits, and the second half of the day will be a pistol class including performance drills and one handed shooting / manipulations.
